TalentFish is hiring an experienced Salesforce Data Cloud / Data 360 Implementation Consultant to support a major healthcare organization's enterprise marketing data transformation.
\n
We're looking for someone who has actually implemented Salesforce Data Cloud, not just worked with Salesforce CRM or Marketing Cloud.
\n
\n
What You Need:
\n
- \n
- Hands-on Salesforce Data Cloud / Data 360 implementation experience
- Data streams, Data Model Objects (DMOs), identity resolution, calculated insights, and segmentation
- Experience with Zero Copy integrations and federated data access
- Strong Salesforce Marketing Cloud integration, audience activation, and campaign journeys
- SQL, data mapping, testing, troubleshooting, and integration experience
- Ability to work with marketing, data engineering, security, and governance teams

Big Pluses:

- Healthcare or hospital system experience
- Epic-derived data integration
- HIPAA, patient privacy, and healthcare marketing consent knowledge
- Salesforce Data Cloud certification

The Opportunity:
\n
You'll help implement a platform that unifies healthcare marketing data, creates trusted customer profiles, builds actionable audience segments, and activates those audiences through Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
\n
\n
This is a hands-on implementation role with significant ownership, from configuration and integration through testing and production handoff.
\n
\n
📅 Duration: 9–12 months
\n
📍 Location: Remote/hybrid arrangement pending confirmation
\n
