Position Summary

\n

The NetSuite Business Systems Manager serves as the primary internal owner of the company's NetSuite ERP platform. This role is responsible for managing, optimizing, customizing, and supporting NetSuite across the company's U.S., Taiwan, and consolidated group operations. The position acts as the critical bridge between business stakeholders and technical resources, ensuring that NetSuite effectively supports financial management, sales operations, purchasing, inventory management, manufacturing planning, project management, engineering, human resources, and executive reporting.

The successful candidate will possess a combination of business process expertise, ERP system administration skills, and project management capabilities. This individual will work closely with department leaders throughout the organization to identify requirements, implement enhancements, develop reports and dashboards, manage system integrations, and coordinate complex projects with external NetSuite consultants.

This is an individual contributor role reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO).

Key Responsibilities

\n

ERP Ownership and Administration

\n

\n
• Serve as the primary internal owner and administrator of the NetSuite ERP system.

\n

• Manage system configuration, workflows, forms, fields, dashboards, roles, permissions, and business rules.

\n

• Maintain system integrity, security, data quality, and user access controls.

\n

• Evaluate and implement new NetSuite capabilities and modules as business needs evolve.

\n

• Establish and maintain governance processes for system changes and enhancements.

\n

\n

Business Process Improvement

\n

\n
• Partner with functional leaders to understand business requirements and identify opportunities for process improvement.

\n

• Translate business requirements into NetSuite solutions.

\n

• Analyze and optimize workflows across finance, sales, purchasing, manufacturing, inventory management, project management, engineering, HR, and executive operations.

\n

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives that increase efficiency, data visibility, and operational scalability.

\n

\n

System Customization and Development

\n

\n
• Configure and customize NetSuite using workflows, saved searches, custom records, forms, fields, dashboards, and SuiteAnalytics tools.

\n

• Manage and support custom scripting, integrations, and advanced functionality where appropriate.

\n

• Coordinate development activities with external NetSuite consultants and technical resources.

\n

• Test, validate, and document system changes prior to deployment.

\n

\n

Reporting and Analytics

\n

\n
• Develop and maintain executive dashboards, KPIs, saved searches, reports, and business intelligence tools.

\n

• Support financial reporting requirements across U.S., Taiwan, and consolidated group operations.

\n

• Create operational reporting for manufacturing, inventory management, purchasing, project management, and sales organizations.

\n

• Ensure business leaders have access to accurate and actionable information.

\n

\n

Project Management

\n

\n
• Lead NetSuite enhancement projects from requirements gathering through implementation and user adoption.

\n

• Prioritize requests from multiple departments and develop implementation roadmaps.

\n

• Coordinate testing, training, change management, and post-implementation support.

\n

• Manage project timelines, budgets, risks, and stakeholder expectations.

\n

\n

Vendor and Consultant Management

\n

\n
• Act as the primary interface with the company's external NetSuite consulting partner.

\n

• Define project scope, priorities, and deliverables.

\n

• Evaluate consulting recommendations and ensure alignment with business objectives.

\n

• Monitor consulting expenditures and maximize overall return on investment.

\n

\n

Global Collaboration

\n

\n
• Support NetSuite users across the United States, Taiwan, and Singapore.

\n

• Understand and address regional business requirements while maintaining an integrated global ERP environment.

\n

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and company leadership to ensure alignment of system capabilities with business goals.

\n

Required Qualifications

\n

\n
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Accounting, Finance, Operations, Computer Science, or related field.

\n

• 5+ years of experience administering, supporting, implementing, or optimizing NetSuite ERP in a manufacturing environment.

\n

• Strong understanding of ERP processes including:

• Financial management

\n

• Order-to-cash

\n

• Procure-to-pay

\n

• Inventory management

\n

• Manufacturing and production planning

\n

• Project management

\n

• Reporting and analytics

\n

• Experience designing and implementing NetSuite customizations and workflows, including in a manufacturing environment.

• Experience creating complex reports, dashboards, KPIs, and saved searches.

\n

• Strong project management and business process analysis skills.

\n

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

\n

• Ability to work effectively across finance, operations, engineering, sales, product development, and executive teams.

\n

Preferred Qualifications

\n

\n
• NetSuite Administrator Certification.

\n

• NetSuite ERP Consultant or SuiteFoundation Certification.

\n

• Experience supporting global or multi-site organizations.

\n

• Experience with manufacturing and inventory management environments.

\n

• Experience with SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteAnalytics, and system integrations.

\n

• Knowledge of costing methodologies, pricing structures, and supply chain operations.

\n

• Experience supporting organizations with international operations.

\n

• Experience with blendAPPS for production planning.
