About the Role:
My client is a high-growth, AI-first data center company redefining enterprise infrastructure and workforce experiences. This role focuses on leading cross-functional programs across Supply Chain systems and technology platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build integrated project plans with scope, milestones, dependencies, risks, and success metrics
- Execute Agile delivery (Scrum/Kanban), managing epics, stories, and tasks
- Align programs with business OKRs and track measurable outcomes
- Coordinate across ERP systems and tools like NetSuite, SAP, Coupa, Workato, etc.
- Partner with engineering and data teams on APIs and integrations
- Drive change management, go-live readiness, and system adoption
- Track KPIs such as data quality, integration reliability, and ticket resolution
Qualifications:
- 7+ years in Technical Program Management or Business Systems
- Experience with Supply Chain processes (procurement, inventory, logistics, MRP)
- Strong understanding of ERP systems and integrations
- Ability to translate technical and business requirements
- Experience driving automation and process improvements
Nice to Have:
- Background in data centers, hardware supply chains, or cloud infrastructure
- Familiarity with data platforms (Snowflake, Databricks)
- Exposure to AI/automation use cases in supply chain
