Position Overview
We are seeking a Support Analyst I to provide hands-on End User Device (EUD), Service Desk, and Tier 1 technical support across multiple hospital campuses in Philadelphia. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, hands-on IT equipment deployment experience, and a background supporting users in a hospital/healthcare environment.
This is a 100% onsite position requiring travel between offsite locations. Candidates must have reliable transportation/car access.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of IT support experience, preferably in EUD, Service Desk, Desktop Support, or equivalent roles.
- Project deployment experience is REQUIRED, including hands-on deployment of:

- PCs/laptops and end-user devices
- Printers and other IT equipment
- Hardware, peripherals, and related equipment
- Hospital/healthcare IT experience is REQUIRED.
- A+ Certification is REQUIRED.
- Printer support experience is REQUIRED, including installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and replacement.
- Reliable car/transportation is REQUIRED due to travel between multiple onsite/offsite locations.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve hardware, software, peripheral, and operating system issues.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft software, including deployment, imaging, upgrades, security, licensing, auditing, and compliance.
- Working knowledge of TCP/IP and basic networking concepts.
- Experience supporting PCs, printers, terminals, networking equipment, telecommunications hardware, and other peripherals.
- Strong verbal and written communication, documentation, organizational, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and effectively within a team.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary point of contact for users requiring technical assistance.
- Provide Tier 1/EUD support for hardware, software, operating systems, printers, and peripheral devices.
- Perform onsite troubleshooting and resolution of technical issues.
- Support users through phone, remote tools, and hands-on onsite assistance.
- Participate in IT equipment deployment projects, including PC, printer, and peripheral deployment.
- Install, configure, upgrade, replace, and troubleshoot PCs, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Diagnose and resolve printer-related hardware, connectivity, driver, and configuration issues.
- Maintain and support end-user devices across multiple hospital campuses.
- Manage Level 1 service queues and ensure incidents are properly categorized, documented, assigned, and tracked through resolution.
- Escalate Tier 2 issues to the appropriate technical resource when required.
- Follow established Service Desk, incident management, problem management, and change management processes.
- Document troubleshooting steps, resolutions, and customer interactions accurately.
- Identify recurring issues and recommend improvements to reduce repeat incidents.
- Coordinate with various stakeholder groups to support site-specific technology needs.
- Travel between assigned hospital/offsite locations as required.
