Duration: Long Term Contract
Summary
- The Datacenter FieldOps team is responsible for supporting all production network cabling in the Datacenter.

Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Cabling & Termination
- Support and complete all scheduled data center Moves/Adds/Changes (MACs).
- Perform hardware installation MACs, including device labeling, power, and network cable connectivity.
- Complete hardware support work orders involving MACs, certification, troubleshooting, and break-fix.
- Manage assets, auditing, and daily work log/ticket tracking.
- Provide smart-hands assistance within specified SLA response times (on-call duties may apply).
Additional Requirements
- 25% travel required.
- Available to work shifts (8, 10, 12 hours), weekends, and holidays.
- Physical and Mental Requirements
- Self-motivated, positive, professional, and proactive in process improvements.
- Promote company culture and mission.
- Proficient with required tools.
- Act as company liaison with customer representatives.
- Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills.
- Ability to work at heights, off ladders, in confined spaces.
- Lift up to 50 pounds and move up to 75 pounds.
- Good color vision, ability to read small print, and recognize audible signals.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
