Job Description
Job SummaryThe Project Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to support the development, implementation, and growth of offline and online Beauty Tech devices and services. This role encompasses new country launches, global application updates, KPI trend analysis, data reporting, and identifying opportunities for growth in device and service usage.
Key Responsibilities

  1. Service Expertise
  2. Develop a deep understanding of brand localization kits and capabilities, including usage, configuration, technology, analytics, data capture, and support models
  3. Stay informed about release updates and brand goals/objectives
  4. Understand the customer journey flow across both online and offline channels
  5. Localization Coordination
  6. Develop and manage rollout roadmaps in collaboration with brand key stakeholders and regional leaders
  7. Coordinate market kick-offs and facilitate weekly status calls with all stakeholders
  8. Facilitate cross-team collaboration involving brand teams, Global teams, regional IT, and local teams to monitor localization activities
  9. Conduct weekly check-ins with markets undergoing localization to ensure projects stay on track
  10. Serve as the liaison between the brand and the global team
  11. Lead monthly calls with zone heads to review device usage and identify improvement areas
  12. Support ad-hoc local eventing and activations utilizing Beauty Tech
  13. Reporting
  14. Track localization progress weekly and report key milestones to the Beauty Tech team
  15. Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities to optimize Beauty Tech strategies and increase usage
  16. Tech Maintenance
  17. Support collection and management of local change requests in coordination with Global teams
  18. KPIs and Growth
  19. Ensure adherence to brand guidelines to maximize KPI achievement and growth
  20. Collaborate with local teams to define activation plans supporting tool and service launches


Required Qualifications

  1. Proven experience managing multi-stakeholder technology implementations, preferably in Beauty Tech or related consumer technology fields
  2. Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
  3. Data analysis and reporting proficiency to derive insights and guide strategy
  4. Excellent communication and coordination skills to liaise across global and local teams
  5. Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines effectively

Preferred Qualifications

  1. Experience with beauty or consumer goods brands
  2. Familiarity with omni-channel customer experiences
  3. Knowledge of brand localization processes and technology stacks
