ComResource is looking for a Digital Analytics Implementation Support Contractor.
Responsibilities:
- Provide hands-on support for FullStory implementation, digital analytics QA, and ongoing platform maintenance
- Execute established processes and maintain consistency across implementations
- Follow established checklists to validate tracking, events, properties, website interactions, and analytics configurations
- Identify and document discrepancies
- Apply existing naming conventions, tracking specifications, and configuration guidelines consistently across FullStory, GA4, Google Tag Manager, and related implementations
- Assist with FullStory dashboards, events, settings, data validation, and configuration updates across QA and production environments
- Assist with masking validation, document potential privacy concerns, and escalate findings for appropriate review and approval
- Help validate data layer changes, website tracking, GA4 custom definitions, and funnel tracking against established requirements
- Maintain organized records of completed tasks, QA results, configuration changes, open issues, and next steps
- Track assigned work through completion, proactively follow up on dependencies, and communicate status
- Raise blockers without requiring repeated reminders

Desired:
- Experience with FullStory or another digital analytics, session replay, tag management, or website analytics platform
- Experience with QA, website testing, data validation, or technical implementation support
- Familiarity with GA4, Google Tag Manager, data layers, event tracking, or website behavior
- Basic awareness of data privacy and sensitive information handling
