Responsibilities:

Perform hardware maintenance on PCs and printers, including cleaning and testing warehouse label printers, repairing warehouse workstations, completing assigned preventive maintenance tasks, swapping defective monitors, keyboards, and computers with spares, and physically setting up and moving workstations and printers.

- Configure and maintain RF scanners.
- Handle equipment RMA requests.
- Collaborate closely with software support teams to troubleshoot software issues.
- Provide support by escalating incidents to second- or third-level support organizations within Levi's or to IT vendors when needed.
- Utilize technical expertise and an understanding of business needs to evaluate assigned IT incident and problem service desk tickets, appropriately prioritizing and assessing their impact on the business.

Skills

- Basic networking skills (WLAN, LAN, DHCP, VLAN, Wi-Fi) and troubleshooting
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Intune/Autopilot
- Desktop support
- Customer support
- Basic knowledge of Zebra and HP printers
- Warehouse experience is a plus
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Excellent problem-solving skills (ability to find innovative solutions to problems)

The IT Support Technician will be responsible for ensuring that all IT-related equipment and software within our state-of-the-art and highly automated warehouse is functioning as expected. This role involves providing technical support for computer hardware, software, mobile devices, and networking equipment used in the facility. As the IT Support Technician, you will be the hands and feet of the engineering teams.

- Familiarity with the Manhattan Warehouse Management System (WMS) or other WMS systems.
- Familiarity with SOTI Mobile Device Management (MDM).
- Prior warehouse experience is highly desirable.
