A-Line Staffing is now hiring a Quality Assurance Specialist II in a Remote position - can work anywhere in the US. Please contact Staffing Manager, Tiona Scroggins, at tscroggins@alinestaffing.com.

Assignment Starts: 11/24/2025 – approximately 8 weeks
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Type: Temporary-to-Permanent (Opportunity to extend or go permanent based on business needs)
Pay Rate: $24.00/hour

Position Overview

The Quality Assurance Specialist II is responsible for assessing the quality of departmental interactions, systems, and related processes across multiple communication channels. This role ensures compliance with established policies and procedures and collaborates with cross-functional teams to identify, correct, and improve quality concerns and operational processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and evaluate documentation, system outputs, and other deliverables to ensure accuracy and compliance with standards.
  • Compare output proofs (PDF/Word documents) to source system “truth” documents to identify discrepancies.
  • Accurately document and report discrepancies to IT or relevant departments for correction.
  • Support continuous improvement by providing feedback on quality findings and process enhancements.
  • Conduct a minimum of 5 quality reviews per day while maintaining high accuracy standards.
  • Work independently with assigned workloads and meet established performance metrics.
  • Participate in departmental meetings, audits, and process reviews as required.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Education:
  • Required: High School Diploma or GED.
  • Preferred: Associate degree or equivalent experience; Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.

Experience:

  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in quality assurance or related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience performing document reviews, audits, or compliance checks

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel required.
  • Experience with Document Comparison tools and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) required.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy when reviewing data and documentation.

Preferred Background:

  • Prior experience in healthcare or managed care environments is a plus.
