Job DescriptionWe are looking for an IT Service Delivery Specialist to serve as a trusted point of contact for branch operations. This contract opportunity is ideal for someone who combines strong technical support knowledge with excellent communication and relationship-building skills. The person in this role will work closely with branch leaders and external service partners to maintain dependable IT support, improve service quality, and address concerns before they affect business operations.

Responsibilities:
• Act as the main IT liaison for branch teams, providing responsive support and building confidence with local managers and staff.
• Oversee third-party technology partners and network service providers, ensuring commitments are met and service issues are resolved in a timely manner.
• Develop productive working relationships across branch locations to understand operational needs and identify risks early.
• Coordinate deskside and remote support activities for hardware, Windows 10 environments, and everyday technical issues affecting end users.
• Track incidents and follow through on open items to ensure problems are fully addressed and communicated clearly to stakeholders.
• Monitor vendor performance, escalate concerns when needed, and promote accountability for service delivery outcomes.
• Support user access and account-related tasks within Active Directory while maintaining accurate records and appropriate controls.
• Visit branch locations as needed to troubleshoot issues, strengthen partnerships, and provide hands-on assistance.
• Help identify recurring technology problems and recommend practical improvements that enhance branch support experiences.• Experience providing IT support in a user-facing environment with a strong focus on service delivery and follow-up.
• Working knowledge of Active Directory, including basic account and access administration.
• Hands-on ability to diagnose and resolve computer hardware, Windows 10, and general desktop support issues.
• Comfortable managing vendor relationships and coordinating with outside service providers to meet support expectations.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build credibility across multiple branch or field locations.
• Proven ability to stay organized, prioritize issues effectively, and address problems proactively.
• Willingness and ability to travel to branch sites as business needs require.
