IT Support Specialist
Join our team and help power the technology that supports our mission and the communities we serve. Were seeking a customer-focused IT professional to provide frontline technical support and ensure a smooth, reliable user experience.
This role serves as the primary point of contact for staff IT support, assisting with desktop hardware, software, and user environments. The position also provides secondary support for network infrastructure, including wired and wireless systems, VPN, firewalls, and data backups. The ideal candidate is a strong problem-solver with excellent communication skills and a service-oriented mindset.
Qualifications
- Associates or Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field preferred, or equivalent experience
- 12 years of IT support experience (hardware/software)
Certifications (Preferred or ability to obtain within 6 months):
- CompTIA A+
- CompTIA Network+
- Network security experience or certification
