About the job
The Temporary Data Analyst supports the Prospect Management & Analytics team by delivering
data-driven insights and visualizations to enhance constituent strategy and decision-making.
We're looking for someone who
- Has strong proficiency in SQL for querying and analyzing data
- Has hands-on experience with Power BI for building dashboards and actionable visualizations
- Has experience using Power Query for data engineering and transformation
- Is a fast learner who can quickly understand new datasets and systems
- Demonstrates strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Communicates insights clearly to stakeholders
- Has experience creating queries in Blackbaud (highly preferred)
- Is comfortable working in a collaborative team environment while managing tasks independently
What you'll do
- Support data analytics projects related to constituent and prospect data
- Use Power Query to transform and prepare data for analysis
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports
- Write and optimize SQL queries to extract and analyze data
- Collaborate with the Sr. Director of PMA and Manager of Prospect & Data Analytics
- Translate data findings into actionable insights for team decision-making
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of data used in reporting
Physical requirements
- Must be able to work at a computer for extended periods
- Must be able to participate in meetings and collaborative sessions
- Must be comfortable managing deadlines in a fast-paced environment
