Valytics LLC is seeking an experienced AI Test Engineer to support software quality assurance, intelligent test automation, performance engineering, robotic process automation (RPA), and secure software delivery across Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS), SaaS, and cloud-based enterprise applications supporting government mission requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop AI-assisted automated tests and reusable object-oriented automation frameworks
- Create and execute automated tests using Oracle OpenScript, Oracle Application Testing Suite (OATS), or similar tools
- Perform performance and load testing using HP LoadRunner, HP Performance Center, or equivalent tools
- Develop and maintain Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions using UiPath
- Integrate automated testing into DevSecOps/CI/CD pipelines
- Participate in Agile/SAFe ceremonies and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve software quality and delivery
Required Qualifications:
- U.S. Citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Information Technology, or a related field from an accredited institution
- Position is considered hybrid, however, candidates must be local to the DMV (DC Metro, Southern MD, Northern VA) area for reporting on-site to the McLean, VA office when needed or if contract requirements change that require full-time, on-site presence
- Current DOD 8570/8140 qualification with IAT Level II or higher baseline certification required (i.e., CompTIA Security+, CySA+, SSCP, GSEC, or other)
- Minimum 3 years’ of relevant hands-on experience in software quality engineering, test automation, AI-enabled testing, performance testing, or related automation disciplines
- Experience with Oracle OpenScript, OATS or similar tools, object-oriented test automation, performance testing
- Hands-on experience developing, testing, and maintaining RPA workflows using UiPath
- Demonstrated working knowledge of Agile software development methodologies and the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
- Experience applying AI/ML techniques or AI-assisted capabilities to software testing, test optimization, defect analysis, or intelligent automation
- Experience integrating automated testing into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or comparable technologies
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience testing Oracle EBS, along with working knowledge of Oracle EBS functional workflows, web interfaces, forms, and application integrations
- SAFe certification, such as SAFe Practitioner, SAFe Scrum Master, SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager, or another relevant SAFe credential
- Experience with AI-enabled commercial testing platforms
- Experience supporting government financial management, logistics, human resources, or other mission-critical enterprise applications
- Relevant Oracle, AI, cloud, performance testing, RPA, Agile, or software quality engineering certifications
