Job DescriptionSystems & Delivery Project Manager (RaiseOps)
Full-Time Remote $65K$80K/year (US) or $45K$60K/year (Nearshore)
Were looking for a systems-oriented, client-facing Project Manager with strong HubSpot expertise to lead delivery for our RaiseOps services managing ongoing client requests and building the operational playbook for scaling this offering to future clients.

What Youll Do
Client Delivery & Account Management (50%)

Serve as the primary point of contact for inbound client requests, ensuring clear intake, prioritization, and timely delivery.

Work directly inside client HubSpot instances to manage pipelines, workflows, properties, and reporting.

Own and troubleshoot CRM workflows, dashboards, and basic data sync/reporting issues prior to escalation.

Review and QA deliverables (e.g., reports, CRM configurations, dashboards) prepared by Business Analysts to ensure accuracy before client delivery.

Lead and manage the initial Raise Ops onboarding assessment process.

Coordinate with BAs (Business Analysts) to execute requests ensuring tasks are well-defined and quality-controlled.

Manage client expectations, push back on unrealistic timelines, and ensure scope clarity.
Process & Systems Design (30%)

Build and document the RaiseOps delivery process so its repeatable for future clients.

Create standardized intake, prioritization, and delivery workflows.

Develop reusable SOPs for common client requests.

Implement request tracking using HubSpot forms/tickets tied to ClickUp or another internal system.
Proposals & Internal Coordination (20%)

Coordinate proposals/SOW templates and internal resource allocation ensuring consistency and speed in delivery.

Implement and manage intake/triage systems (HubSpot forms/tickets tied to ClickUp or other).

Maintain visibility into delivery timelines and resource allocation.
What You Bring

HubSpot expertise proven experience managing pipelines, workflows, custom properties, reports, and dashboards.

Project management experience in a client-facing role (marketing ops, RevOps, or SaaS preferred).

Ability to design processes, not just follow them.

Experience managing remote teams or BAs to deliver client work.

Strong communication, proactive problem solving and expectation management skills.

Comfort with both ClickUp (internal) and HubSpot (client) as parallel work environments.
Nice-to-Have

Marketing agency or HubSpot Partner background.

Experience in revenue operations or capital raising.

Familiarity with CRM-to-task management integrations.
