Are you outgoing, organized, and ready to start a career in property management? We're looking for a Leasing Consultant to join our team at a busy multi-family apartment community — and no prior experience is required.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, has strong communication skills, and wants to grow in a fast-paced, customer-focused industry. You’ll play a key role in helping prospective residents find their next home while supporting the day-to-day leasing operations of the property.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Welcome prospective residents and conduct informative property tours
- Respond to inquiries by phone, email, and in person in a professional, timely manner
- Assist applicants with leasing paperwork and move-in documentation
- Help maintain accurate records for new and existing residents
- Stay up to date on available units, current pricing, and leasing promotions
- Support marketing efforts and online listings to attract new residents
- Help plan and participate in resident events or community engagement activities
- Work closely with the property management team to ensure resident satisfaction
- Use property management software (e.g., Yardi, AppFolio, or similar) for daily tasks
What We’re Looking For:
- No prior leasing or property management experience required — we’ll train the right person
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- A friendly, positive, and professional attitude
- Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new systems
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Bilingual a plus, but not required
