QA Coordinator

Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized QA Coordinator to provide temporary support to our Quality Assurance team at our Telford, PA facility. This position will assist with coordinating and maintaining quality-related activities involving Trade Compliance, shipping, customer warranty complaints, and quality documentation.
The ideal candidate will have approximately two years of experience in a Quality Assurance or Quality Control environment, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to effectively coordinate multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing or distribution environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the QA team with day-to-day quality coordination and administrative activities.
- Coordinate quality-related activities associated with Trade Compliance and shipping requirements.
- Assist with the tracking, documentation, and follow-up of customer warranty complaints.
- Maintain accurate quality records, reports, documentation, and databases.
- Coordinate with Quality, Operations, Shipping, Customer Service, and other internal departments to resolve quality-related issues.
- Track open complaints, corrective actions, and follow-up activities to ensure timely resolution.
- Assist with investigating quality issues and gathering information needed for root-cause analysis.
- Review documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with established procedures.
- Support audits and quality-related reporting as needed.
- Communicate status updates and escalate issues requiring additional attention.
- Perform data entry, reporting, and other administrative duties in support of the QA department.
- Follow company quality procedures, policies, and applicable regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, or a related manufacturing environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Experience working with quality documentation, records, and reports.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple departments and manage competing priorities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
- Experience with an ERP, quality management system, or other business systems is a plus.
- Experience with Trade Compliance, shipping documentation, warranty claims, or customer complaints is highly desirable
