Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
\n
• 10+ years of enterprise architecture and infrastructure engineering experience.
\n
• Expertise in IAM, Active Directory, Entra ID, DNS/DDI, networking, cloud, and cybersecurity architecture.
\n
• Experience supporting infrastructure separation, migration, divestiture, and transformation programs.
\n
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft enterprise technologies, hybrid cloud architectures, and security frameworks.
\n
• Ability to conduct architecture reviews, impact assessments, risk analysis, and technical governance.
\n
• Proven experience developing solution designs, target-state architecture, migration strategies, and technical documentation.
\n
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and cross-functional leadership skills.
\n
• Experience in Financial Services or regulated environments preferred.
\n
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; relevant architecture and security certifications preferred

Roles & Responsibilities
\n
Services:
\n
• Lead technical architecture planning and solution design for the CISO Banamex Divestiture Phase 2 – Localization program.
\n
• Define target-state architecture, transition approach, integration patterns, and security-aligned technical solutions.
\n
• Assess infrastructure, identity, network, DNS/DDI, and security dependencies to identify technical risks, gaps,
\n
and remediation needs.
\n
• Review and validate technical designs, migration plans, implementation approaches, and operational readiness artifacts.
\n
• Collaborate with project, engineering, security, network, and operations teams to ensure architecture
\n
alignment and delivery readiness.
\n
• Support technical governance, design reviews, stakeholder discussions, and architecture-level risk mitigation.
\n
• Develop and maintain required architecture documentation, design specifications, dependency maps,
\n
and handover materials.
\n
