Position Summary:

The Project Administrator is responsible for assisting in the coordination and administration of projects within the organization. Working closely with project coordinators, managers, and project teams, the Project Administrator ensures the smooth and efficient execution of projects from initiation to completion. This role serves as a central point of contact for project-related inquiries and facilitates communication among team members.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

· Provide administrative support to project managers and project teams.

· Organize and maintain project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and reports.

· Schedule and coordinate project meetings, including preparing agendas and minutes.

· Track project progress and update project schedules and timelines as needed.

· Assist in the preparation of project budgets and expenditure reports.

· Coordinate communication among project stakeholders and team members.

· Assist in the preparation of project presentations, reports, and other deliverables.

· Maintain project management tools and systems, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.

· Handle project-related inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.

· Support project managers in identifying and resolving project issues and risks.

· Ensure compliance with project management processes and procedures.

Minimum Qualifications (Experience, Skills, and Education):

· High School Diploma or Equivalent.

· Construction, Rigging, or a related field.

· Project coordinator experience preferably within the construction, rigging or similar industry.

· Minimum computer skills i.e. Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

· Auto Cad experience is a plus but not required.

· Excellent interpersonal and project coordinator skills.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with internal leadership team.

· Goal orientated and deadline driven.

· Demonstrated ability to interface with clients.

· Organized, detail oriented, punctual, and highly self-motivated.

· Business Acumen and professionalism

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:

The Project Administrator will primarily work in a normal temperature-controlled office environment with frequent work using a computer, keyboard, mouse, telephone, and other standard office equipment. Work involves extended periods of sitting and use of the senses involving sight, touch, speech, and hearing. Occasional walking, bending/crouching, and lifting and/or moving items weighing up to 10 pounds.
