What You'll Do
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
As our Quality Assurance Manager, you'll lead the plant's quality program and help ensure every product leaving our facility meets customer, company, and regulatory requirements. You'll work closely with production, maintenance, engineering, and leadership to solve problems, improve processes, and build a strong culture of quality.
What We're Looking For
- Has experience managing a Quality Management System in a manufacturing environment.
- Understands quality standards, regulatory requirements, and compliance.
- Enjoys leading teams and developing people.
- Has experience supervising employees.
- Can lead investigations, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
- Is comfortable training employees and working with all departments.
- Communicates well and enjoys working with others.
Bonus Points If You Have
- SQF Practitioner certification.
