Salary: $135,000 – $150,000
Schedule: Hybrid | 2–3 Days In Office
Travel: Mostly Phoenix Metro | Occasional Overnight
The Opportunity
A well-established electrical contractor is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead commercial electrical construction projects across the Phoenix area. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in the electrical trade who can manage multiple projects while working closely with field teams and leadership.
You will oversee projects from contract award through closeout, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.
Project Types
- Tenant Improvement (TI) projects
- Ground-up commercial construction
- Warehouse and manufacturing facilities
- Commercial electrical systems
Typical Project Size: $500K – $5MM
Project Load: Up to 5–6 projects simultaneously
Key Responsibilities
You will manage:
- Contracts
- Budgets
- Manpower
- Scheduling
- Change orders
- Subcontractors
- Client relationships
Additional responsibilities include:
- Coordinating with field supervisors and electricians
- Managing RFIs, submittals, and project documentation
- Tracking project financial performance and profitability
- Coordinating vendors, materials, and subcontractors
- Leading project meetings and maintaining client communication
- Ensuring compliance with electrical codes and safety standards
