Job Description
We have an immediate opening for an experienced Yardi Project Manager / Trainer to support our client’s migration from Yardi Version 7.6 to Version 8. This role will play a key part in coordinating user acceptance testing (UAT), developing training materials, and conducting “train-the-trainer” sessions to ensure a smooth transition to the new platform.

- Duration: 4-6 months
- Location: Woodland Hills, CA - Hybrid (2 days onsite / 3 days remote)
- Compensation: Starting at $65/hr + W2 plus benefits (negotiation based on experience and education)
Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate all aspects of the Yardi migration project from Version 7.6 to Version 8.
- Partner with business stakeholders and super users to plan, facilitate, and manage UAT activities.
- Develop comprehensive training documentation, guides, and materials tailored for internal use.
- Conduct training sessions for internal trainers (3 total) to ensure effective knowledge transfer.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements and support a successful rollout.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager and/or Training Consultant.
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on Yardi experience.
- Prior Yardi migration or upgrade experience strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to coordinate UAT with business and technical teams.
- Strong communication, organization, and facilitation skills.
