Job Description Role: AI Test Lead Duration: 6 months Location: Tampa, FL - Hybrid Type : Contract Rate: $40 to $42/hr Job Description:

<li> Lead QA teams and manage end-to-end testing activities, including test planning, execution, defect management, and reporting.</li>
<li> Design and implement automation frameworks using Selenium, Java, Cucumber, TestNG, and REST Assured.</li>
<li> Perform functional, regression, integration, API, backend, and UAT testing.</li>
<li> Integrate automated test scripts into CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or Jenkins.</li>
<li> Explore AI/LLM-based testing solutions to improve test case generation, test automation, defect analysis, and overall testing efficiency.</li>
<li> Evaluate AI-powered testing tools and identify opportunities to integrate AI into QA processes.</li>

<li> Strong experience in QA leadership and software testing.</li>
<li> Hands-on experience with Selenium, Java, Cucumber, TestNG, Postman, and REST Assured.</li>
