Infinite Consulting Corp. is hiring a full-time Project Scheduler for an onsite role in New York, NY. Compensation: $65–$75 per hour. Join our team and support Infinite Consulting and the wider Construction Management team.
Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules covering project elements and timelines.
• Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and stakeholders to gather requirements and constraints.
• Create detailed schedules with milestones, tasks, and resource allocation using scheduling software.
• Monitor progress, identify delays or bottlenecks, and propose mitigation measures to maintain project timelines.
• Communicate schedule changes, updates, and potential impacts clearly and promptly.
• Analyze schedules to optimize resource use, reduce downtime, and improve project efficiency.
• Conduct regular schedule and progress reviews with project teams.
• Prepare and present schedule performance reports, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.
Must-Have Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience on complex, high-value projects in the New York City area.
• At least one year of experience supporting MTA projects.
• Proficiency in scheduling software such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or similar project management software.
• OSHA 30 certification required; it may be obtained upon hire if necessary.
Preferred Qualification
• Five or more years of experience in project controls or project scheduling is desired, not required.

Compensation
The estimated compensation for this position is $65–$75 per hour. Infinite Consulting Corp. considers a candidate's experience, education, and training when determining compensation.
