Daily Responsibilities:

- Partner closely with both technical and non‑technical colleagues to ensure features and fixes are delivered efficiently and on schedule.
- Engage in architecture and design conversations, offering thoughtful input that enhances system scalability, reliability, and performance.
- Champion strong engineering practices, including thorough code reviews, comprehensive testing, clear documentation, and consistent adherence to code quality standards.

Work Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field — or equivalent hands‑on experience.
- Strong proficiency (6+ years) in React, React Native, Next.js, Express, and Postgres, with a track record of building scalable, distributed systems and modern web applications.

Experience working with:

- Consumer‑facing websites and mobile applications
- Amazon AWS
- Terraform, Go, Docker, and Bitbucket
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross‑functionally and dive deep into technical details when needed.
- Solid grasp of core software engineering principles and system architecture, with the ability to help refine product requirements and translate them into actionable tickets.
- A curious mindset and eagerness to continue growing your skills.
- Familiarity with the healthcare industry or prior experience in health tech is a plus.
