Your expertise in clinical assessment, cognitive and behavioral psychology, therapeutic techniques, and human development will ensure each prompt and response is psychologically accurate and grounded in real-world practice. We welcome professionals from clinical, counseling, forensic, or research psychology backgrounds to help create training content that reflects the complexity of human behavior and mental processes. You’re a good fit if you:
- Have 3+ years of experience in psychology research, clinical practice, counseling, or related fields.
- Hold a degree in Psychology from a prestigious university in the U.S., Canada, or the UK.
- Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail and rigorous problem-solving skills.
- Excel in both written and verbal communication.
- Have strong attention to detail.
Role Highlights
- Flexible workload: 10–20 hours per week, with potential to increase to 40 hours.
- Fully remote and asynchronous—work on your own schedule.
- Minimum duration: 1–2 months, with potential for extension.
Role Start Date
- This role will begin in early to mid-July with applications reviewed on a rolling basis.
Interview Process
- You will take an AI interview where you will be asked questions about your background in psychology.
- You will share your screen and write a detailed prompt to generate an AI response about a psychology topic.
- You will evaluate and compare LLM outputs to determine which response is more effective and accurate.
- Applicants will be selected based on their performance in the AI interview and on the accuracy and quality of their evaluations

Compensation and Legal Details
- You will be legally classified as an hourly contractor for Mercor
- We will pay you out at the end of each week via Stripe Connect
