<li> Ensure systems meet security and compliance standards. </li>
<li> Manage user accounts, network rights, and system access. </li>
<li> Configure and manage UNIX and Windows operating systems. </li>
<li> Install software, troubleshoot issues, and maintain network integrity. </li>
<li> Provide daily IT support for client, server, storage, and network devices. </li>
<li> Support users with escalated tickets and access issues. </li>
<li> Optimize system operations and resource utilization. </li>
<li> Perform system capacity analysis and planning. </li>
<li> Configure, install, and maintain system hardware and software. </li>
<li> Support dispatch systems and resolve hardware issues. </li>
</ul>
<p> <strong> Required Skills:</strong>
<ul>
<li> Active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance. </li>
<li> 10 years of System Administration experience with large programs or systems. </li>
<li> Bachelor's degree in a technical field. (Five years of additional system administration experience may replace degree.) </li>
<li> Experience with Linux, Windows, and Virtualization technologies. </li>
