Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Cyber Security Engineer to design, implement, and maintain security solutions that protect the organization's infrastructure, applications, and data. The ideal candidate will have experience in threat detection, vulnerability management, incident response, and security best practices across cloud and on-premises environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and maintain enterprise security architecture and controls.
  • Monitor security events using SIEM tools and investigate potential threats.
  • Perform vulnerability assessments and coordinate remediation activities.
  • Conduct penetration testing and security risk assessments.
  • Implement and manage endpoint, network, and cloud security solutions.
  • Respond to security incidents and perform root cause analysis.
  • Develop and maintain security policies, standards, and procedures.
  • Collaborate with development teams to integrate security into the SDLC.
  • Ensure compliance with security standards such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, PCI-DSS, GDPR, and NIST.
  • Configure and manage firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPNs, and web application firewalls.
  • Provide security awareness training and guidance to internal teams.
  • Stay up to date with emerging cyber threats and recommend mitigation strategies.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Cyber Security, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Cyber Security or Information Security.
  • Hands-on experience with enterprise security tools and technologies.
  • Strong understanding of networking concepts, TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, and routing.
  • Experience securing cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Knowledge of operating systems, databases, and application security.
  • Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

$110,000 – $150,000 per year (based on experience, skills, and location)
