Job DescriptionJOB SUMMARY The Supplier Quality Assurance (SQA) Contractor will provide support for system-related activities, focusing on data review and entry. This role involves coordinating communication across various PepsiCo functions, working independently, and fostering effective cross-functional relationships. The contractor will review data in multiple systems, assess task approvals against SQA procedures and PepsiCo's operational guidelines to mitigate risk, and will assist with new supplier requests and supplier reapproval activities under supervision. Key Responsibilities * Review data across multiple systems and assess task approvals in accordance with SQA procedures and PepsiCo ways of working to help mitigate risk. * Support new supplier requests and complete suppliers’ reapproval activities under supervision. * Coordinate communication across multiple PepsiCo functions. * Work independently and build effective cross-functional relationships. Required Qualifications * B.S. degree or equivalent experience. * Demonstrate strong organizational and analytical skills. * Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Teams, and Office applications. * Ability to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced environment. * Strong interpersonal skills, including listening, reasoning, negotiation, leadership, and clear communication with integrity. Preferred Qualifications * Knowledge of systems such as TrackWise, PepsiCo Document Management System, and Product Vision (FSS/POP for North America Beverage and Foods). * Food industry experience. * Knowledge of FDA FSMA requirements and Quality Assurance practices.
