Key Responsibilities
- Develop integrated schedules across multiple active projects.
- Establish baselines, conduct critical path analysis, and evaluate schedule impacts and recovery plans.
- Partner with project leaders to monitor progress, forecast completion dates, and manage risks.
- Facilitate LPS activities including pull planning, look-ahead planning, weekly work planning, and constraint management.
- Track schedule metrics such as Percent Plan Complete (PPC) and portfolio health indicators.
- Prepare dashboards, status reports, and executive summaries.
- Support governance processes and leadership reporting.
- Drive continuous improvement in scheduling standards and project execution effectiveness.
- Provide training and coaching on scheduling and LPS methodologies.
- Serve as organizational scheduling SME.
- Coach and train project teams on scheduling best practices.
- Promote adoption of LPS and standard work processes.
