Responsibilities
As a Project Coordinator Assistant, you will:
- Support the Client Project Coordinator with day-to-day workflow and project management.
- Draft, edit, proofread, and format legal and business documents.
- Create and maintain project checklists and track important deadlines.
- Coordinate communication between clients, attorneys, and internal team members.
- Maintain calendars, meetings, deadlines, and project timelines.
- Organize and maintain electronic and physical client files.
- Monitor shared inboxes and ensure timely follow-up on client communications.
- Open and maintain client matters and documentation.
- Assist with multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring deadlines are met.
- Enter, organize, reconcile, and maintain accurate client data.
- Coordinate the collection and distribution of legal documents.
- Prepare reports, presentations, summaries, and supporting documentation.
- Compare document versions and identify revisions.
- Assist with invoice processing and expense reimbursements.
- Provide administrative and project support as needed.
Qualifications
Required
- Minimum of 2 years of administrative, project coordination, or legal support experience.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Exceptional grammar, proofreading, and document formatting skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Professional, dependable, and customer-service oriented.
Preferred
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- Experience working in a law firm or other professional services environment.
- Experience with iManage and InTapp.
- Typing speed of 75+ WPM.

Compensation
Salary: $48,000 to $91,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
