We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Project Manager to lead commercial healthcare construction projects from preconstruction through project closeout. This individual will be responsible for managing project scope, schedules, budgets, quality, and client relationships while ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

The ideal candidate has experience managing healthcare construction projects and understands the unique requirements, regulations, and operational challenges associated with hospitals, medical offices, clinics, and other healthcare facilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage healthcare construction projects from planning through final completion.

• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and work plans.

• Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, consultants, subcontractors, and vendors.

• Review construction drawings, specifications, contracts, and project documentation.

• Monitor project progress and proactively resolve scheduling, budget, and construction issues.

• Manage change orders, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation.

• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, local building codes, OSHA standards, and safety requirements.

• Lead project meetings and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.

• Support procurement activities, subcontractor coordination, and material planning.

• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.

• Collaborate closely with field teams to maintain quality standards and project milestones.

• Foster strong client relationships through effective communication and exceptional service.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field (or equivalent industry experience).

• 5+ years of project management experience in commercial construction.

• Experience managing healthcare construction projects is highly preferred.

• Strong understanding of project scheduling, budgeting, cost control, and contract administration.

• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and technical documents.

• Knowledge of healthcare facility requirements, permitting processes, and commercial building codes.

• Experience with construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Excellent communication, leadership, negotiation, and organizational skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience managing hospital, medical office, clinic, or healthcare facility construction projects.

• Professional certifications such as PMP, CCM, or LEED AP are a plus.

• Strong background in commercial construction safety practices and regulatory compliance.

• Experience leading cross-functional project teams and coordinating multiple stakeholders.
