Position Overview

Protouch Staffing is seeking an experienced IT Programmer Analyst to support a major healthcare system within its ISD Business Solutions and Revenue Cycle environment. This role is ideal for a technically strong analyst who enjoys working across Oracle-based systems, integrations, and reporting tools while supporting enterprise ERP initiatives.

The Programmer Analyst will perform moderate to complex system analysis, evaluate processes, develop integrations, and present data-driven insights to improve operational effectiveness across HR, ERP, HIM, and Revenue Cycle solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform in-depth system analysis, development, and support within Oracle ERP environments

• Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Development, SSIS and SQL packages.

• Knowledge of Oracle BI Publisher and OTBI.

• Functional knowledge of Oracle FIN, SCM and HCM master data.

• Monitor system performance, analyze trends, and recommend process improvements

• Collaborate with business, technical, and operational stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions

• Participate in on-call rotation as required

Required Technical Skills

Must Have:

• Eclipse, JDeveloper

• Postman, Soap UI

• Oracle BI Publisher & OTBI

• SQL and SSIS packages

• Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) development

Nice to Have: Functional knowledge of Oracle Financials (FIN), Oracle HCM, Oracle SCM
