We're seeking an experienced IT Technical Support II professional to join a growing team on a part-time basis.

This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on technical support, troubleshooting user issues, and working closely with employees across the organization while maintaining flexibility in their schedule.

- Start at approximately 3 days per week
- Initial training includes:
- A week consists of 2 shift onsite in San Diego and 1-2 remote shifts
- Opportunity to grow into fulltime contract shortly
- Hourly 30-45$

What You'll Do
\n
- \n
- Provide first- and second-level technical support for end users
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, and system issues
- Manage incident and service requests through a ticketing system
- Support users via phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Escalate and resolve complex technical issues
- Maintain accurate documentation and support records
- Assist with system upgrades, process improvements, and IT projects
- Create and maintain knowledge base documentation
- Help identify recurring issues and recommend proactive solutions

What We're Looking For
\n
- \n
- 2+ years of Help Desk or Technical Support experience
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Experience supporting Windows-based environments and common business applications
- Knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, LAN/WAN concepts
- Experience with ticketing platforms such as ConnectWise, Jira, or Zendesk
- Familiarity with RMM tools such as Intune, ManageEngine, or ConnectWise RMM preferred
- Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with users at all levels
- A+ and/or Network+ certifications are a plus
