Certified Apartment Staffing is currently seeking an experienced Lead Maintenance Technician in Casa Grande, AZ for a thriving apartment community!
We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work, values teamwork, and has a strong background in multifamily/apartment maintenance.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in apartment or multifamily maintenance
- EPA Certification (Required)
- CPO Certification (Preferred)
- Strong troubleshooting skills in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair
- Ability to lead and mentor maintenance staff
- Reliable, professional, and safety-focused
