☐ Site safety spot-checks — PPE, unscheduled inspections, worker accountability

☐ Stop-work and rework authority on every active site for safety and quality concerns

☐ Building and auditing the company SOP library — installation, safety, documentation, communication

☐ Daily log auditing for professionalism, accuracy, and completeness (6:00 PM ET deadline enforcement)

☐ New crew screening, hiring coordination, and initial training

☐ Weekly on-site behavior and safety assessments, with corrective-action follow-up

  • Ability to oversee and manage field operations across

multiple project locations

  • Willingness to travel for project assignments

REPORTING & AUTHORITY
