The Building People, LLC, has an opening for a qualified TRIRIGA Application Consultant to:

Work closely with clients to understand their unique needs, configure the system accordingly, and provide ongoing support for its efficient operation.
Utilize their deep understanding of Maximo's architecture, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Perform as the primary client interface to client management team and to program stakeholders.
Define and coordinate testing procedures and develop test cases to support the overall quality assurance process.
Perform testing of implemented requirements, lead and support User Acceptance Testing, collect/document results, evaluate and act on feedback.
Develop and implement maintenance procedures, monitor systems health, gather system statistics, and troubleshoot reported errors.
Implement best practices for scalability, supportability, ease of maintenance, and system performance.

*This position is on-site in Washington, D.C.

Required Experience & Skills

At least seven (7) years of experience of TRIRIGA experience.
Experience with Confluence, Sharepoint, Kanban, Github, Bitbucket and other industry tools
Experience in workplace management, facilities assessment and management, lease administration, project management, and/or other real property management
Working knowledge of applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and guidance
Experience in working in a team environment for solution delivery.

Organized with the ability to multitask.
High attention to detail.
Clear communication skills.
Ability to operate independently.
Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
US Citizenship.
Ability to meet Federal & DoD Gov’t security background checks, HSPD-12, Fingerprinting, plus agency-specific screening.
Experience working within Federal and DoD IPD (Integrated Project Delivery) teams that may be matrixed across several programs.
Top Secret clearance

Required Education
