Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
\n
- Hands on experience in Siemens Opcenter Core / Camstar Modelling
\n
- Hands-on experience in Camstar/Opcenter Workflows, BOP, Routes, operations, steps, Shopfloor
\n
Transactions
\n
- Experience in understanding the process, BHR and convert it into Modelling with OOB
\n
functionalities including Workflows, Tasklists, UDCD etc.,
\n
- Experience in all OOB functionalities in Opcenter Execution Core and MDD functionalities like
\n
Training Management, Dispatch rule, Resource Maintenance
\n
- Experience in leading the requirements definition and MES implementation of the Factory Model
\n
- Domain experience in Medical Devices and Pharma Manufacturing
\n
- Good Understanding of the COA/ CIO / MIO interface connectivity
\n
- Knowledge of interfaces with the Camstar MES application and external applications like ERP,
\n
LIMS/Compliance wire, Equipment, HMI etc.
\n
- Collaborates cross functionally with Operations, Quality, and other support teams to define design,
\n
modeling, and scripting requirements.
\n
- Experience in SQL

Roles & Responsibilities
\n
MES Modeling & Configuration
\n
- Design and maintain Camstar process models including Products, Bills of Process (BOP), Routes,
\n
operations, steps, transitions, Spec definitions and data collection
\n
- Configure work centres, resources, equipment, and factories
\n
- Model production flows, rework, scrap, and alternate routing
\n
- Implement shop-floor control logic aligned with manufacturing requirements
\n
Manufacturing Process Engineering Support
\n
- Translating manufacturing and business requirements into Camstar/Opcenter models
\n
- Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, and industrial engineering teams
\n
- Ensure process models support Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement initiatives
\n
Quality & Compliance
\n
- Configure quality checks, SPC, NCR, and genealogy tracking
\n
- Support regulatory compliance (ISO, FDA, GMP where applicable)
\n
- Ensure accurate data capture for audits, traceability, and reporting
\n
System Integration
\n
- Work with technical teams to integrate Camstar with ERP systems (SAP, JDE, Oracle), PLM
\n
systems, Automation and equipment interfaces
\n
- Validate data flow between systems
