Job Title – Java Microservices Developer
Experience – 8 + Years
Type: Contract - W2 / C2C
Location : San Leandro CA Onsite
Core Skill Requirements
🔹 Backend (Java)
- Strong experience in Java (8+)
- Hands-on with Spring Boot, Spring Framework
- Strong knowledge of Microservices Architecture
- Experience in RESTful APIs / Web Services
- Good understanding of OOPs, Design Patterns
🔹 Microservices & Integration
- Experience in building scalable and distributed microservices
- Hands-on with API Gateway, Service Discovery
- Experience with Apache Kafka / Messaging systems
- Understanding of event-driven architecture
🔹 Database
- Experience with SQL (Oracle / MySQL)
- Knowledge of NoSQL (MongoDB / Cassandra)
- Ability to write optimized queries

🔹 Cloud & Tools
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Git, etc.)
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy microservices-based applications
- Build and maintain REST APIs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for system design and delivery
- Ensure high performance, scalability, and security
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- Experience in banking / fintech domain (plus)
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
