Join a small engineering team building complex data migration infrastructure for enterprise customers. You will work across the stack, help shape product decisions, and build resilient solutions for evolving systems.
What You'll Do
- Build and ship full-stack features across frontend, backend, and some DevOps.
- Develop systems that automate complex data management and infrastructure workflows.
- Contribute to product decisions and participate in customer conversations.
- Anticipate edge cases in enterprise systems and design resilient solutions.
- Work with a small team, taking ownership from problem definition through delivery.
What We're Looking For
- Three or more years of software engineering experience, with experience shipping enterprise products or features end-to-end.
- Experience working with complex systems beyond consumer applications or simple products.
- Experience at a startup or in a high-growth company, as well as contractor or consulting experience.
- Hands-on experience with React, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, Remix, and AWS.
- Comfort working across the full stack in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary range: $150,000 to $225,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is available.
Location
Remote within the United States, with New York, New York as the primary location.
