  • Support security and compliance initiatives by reviewing user access, assisting with audits, remediating vulnerabilities, and following security best practices.
  • Work closely with development, infrastructure, security, and business teams to resolve technical issues and improve operational effectiveness.
  • Provide hands-on support for both modern and legacy business applications, identifying opportunities to reduce technical debt and improve supportability.
  • Participate in after-hours support, maintenance activities, and on-call rotations as required.
  • Contribute to technology planning, process improvement, and infrastructure standardization efforts.

Education & Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in Systems Administration, Infrastructure Support, IT Operations, or related technical roles.
  • Strong experience supporting Microsoft-based environments, including Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Azure AD/Entra ID, and Windows Server.

  • Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues across systems, applications, networks, and hardware.
  • Experience supporting both Windows and macOS environments.
  • Familiarity with infrastructure projects, system migrations, upgrades, and technology rollouts.
  • Strong documentation, communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently in fast-paced environments that require balancing tactical support with strategic improvements.

Preferred Qualifications
