Job Title: Quality Assurance Inspector
Job Description
This role focuses on carefully inspecting parts before they are sent for testing to ensure they meet established quality standards. You will perform detailed visual inspections, often using a magnifying glass, and verify that all components are accurate, complete, and free from defects before they move to the next stage of the process.
Responsibilities
- Inspect parts thoroughly before they are sent for testing to ensure they meet quality and specification requirements.
- Perform detailed visual inspections using a magnifying glass to identify defects, irregularities, or nonconformities.
- Double-check parts and documentation to verify accuracy and completeness prior to release.
- Follow established quality assurance and quality control procedures throughout the inspection process.
- Document inspection findings clearly and accurately in accordance with company standards.
- Communicate any quality issues or concerns promptly to the appropriate team members.
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail while handling repetitive inspection tasks.
- Support continuous improvement by adhering to best practices in quality inspection and suggesting improvements where appropriate.
Essential Skills
- Experience in quality assurance, quality control, or inspection roles.
- Ability to perform detailed visual inspections using tools such as a magnifying glass.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy when examining parts and components.
- Ability to follow established quality procedures and inspection guidelines.
- Basic understanding of quality inspection principles and practices.
- Ability to document inspection results clearly and consistently.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Familiarity with quality inspection processes and standards.
- Comfort working with small parts and performing repetitive, detail-oriented tasks.

Work Environment
This position operates in a clean, climate-controlled manufacturing environment. You will work around production and inspection equipment while performing detailed visual inspections, including the use of magnifying tools. Job Type & Location
This is a Contract position based out of Florence, KY.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $22.43/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
