Our client is a large Professional Services Firm in the /PhoenixTempe Area that is looking to hire a talented IT Technician. They have an excellent culture and do a great job at retaining their staff long-term. This person MUST live in the Phoenix/Tempe area and be willing to be on site!!
IT Technician (Phoenix/Tempe - On site)
- Must have excellent communication skills
- Train new staff on all applications, IT systems & security
- Manage user accounts, permissions, access rights, and storage allocations
- Active directory domain management and troubleshooting
- Deploy/monitor endpoint security solutions
- Troubleshoot and resolve simple to complex incidents associated with end user applications, including but not limited to software, hardware, desktop computing, mobile technologies, password assistance, internet, network & remote connectivity, telecom & printer related incidents
- Available on-call to support the business after hours and on weekends
- Salary likely to be $50k-$55k base + benefits, PTO, etc
