Job Description
Licensed Architect
\n
10+ years of progressively responsible architectural design and project delivery experience
\n
Experience leading projects through multiple phases, including design, documentation, consultant coordination, and construction administration
\n
Strong technical architectural background with demonstrated QA/QC and problem-solving capabilities
\n
Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and external consultants
\n
Strong understanding of building codes, construction documents, specifications, and project delivery
\n
Pre-engineered metal building (PEMB) knowledge/experience preferred
\n
Strong Revit proficiency
\n
Looking for someone who can provide technical project leadership while remaining actively engaged in project delivery
\n
Local to the Upstate New York area preferred.
