<p><br>Detailed Job Description:
<ul>
<li>15 20 years of Quality Engineering experience, with a proven track record of managing large, complex programs for US clients.</li>
<li>Responsible for end-to-end portfolio governance, delivery oversight, quality strategy, stakeholder management, risk management, and executive reporting.</li>
<li>Strong understanding of modern test automation, with good hands-on/architectural exposure to Playwright and scalable automation frameworks.</li>
<li>Good exposure to GenAI and AI Agents, with the ability to drive AI-led transformation and productivity improvements across the QE lifecycle.</li>
<li>Excellent communication, leadership, client-facing, and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to lead large distributed onsite/offshore teams and engage senior client leadership.</li>
<li>Minimum Years of Experience: 15 to 20 years</li>
