Job Description
We are hiring an entry-level Commercial Processor to join a team supporting carbon and renewable regulatory assurance activities. This role is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals who enjoy working with data, following structured processes, and collaborating with internal teams and external partners.
The Commercial Processor role combines data entry, documentation review, and customer/vendor support in a professional office environment. No prior regulatory or energy industry experience is required. Training will be provided.
What You’ll Do
- Enter, review, and maintain data in internal systems, spreadsheets, and web-based portals
- Perform quality checks to ensure documentation and data are complete and accurate
- Review and process records such as purchase-related documentation and supplier information
- Communicate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve missing or incorrect data
- Track and reconcile information using Excel and other internal tools
- Support onboarding of new suppliers or records into internal systems
- Maintain organized documentation and audit-ready records
- Assist with special projects and provide team support as needed
What We’re Looking For

Preferred (Not Required)
