Job Title: Full Stack Tech Lead – AI-Enabled Applications
Location: Spring, TX – 100% On-Site
Job Type: Long-Term Contract

Position Summary:
- We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Tech Lead to provide technical leadership across multiple AI-enabled application development initiatives. This role requires a strong hands-on technical leader with expertise in full-stack development, cloud architecture, APIs, DevOps, and enterprise application delivery.
- The Tech Lead will work closely with Product, Architecture, DevOps, Risk, Program, and Business teams to design and deliver scalable, secure, high-performing enterprise applications.
- Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership across multiple AI-driven development workstreams.
- Lead solution design, architecture decisions, development, and technical delivery.
- Establish and enforce coding standards, engineering best practices, automated testing, and security standards.
- Conduct code reviews, design reviews, and technical assessments.
- Contribute hands-on to complex development tasks and critical deliverables.
- Collaborate with Product, DevOps, Architecture, Risk, and Business stakeholders.
- Support CI/CD pipelines, deployments, release management, and production troubleshooting.
- Lead root cause analysis (RCA) for production and pre-production issues.
- Ensure compliance with enterprise governance, documentation, Git/version control, and release standards.
- Mentor developers and drive technical excellence and continuous improvement.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 7–10+ years of software development experience, including experience as a Technical Lead / Senior Developer.
- Strong hands-on expertise in C#, Python, JavaScript, Angular, and React.
- Strong experience developing RESTful APIs using ASP.NET Web API, Node.js, and/or Flask.
- Hands-on cloud experience with Microsoft Azure and/or AWS.
- Strong experience with CI/CD, Git, GitHub Actions, Terraform, and DevOps practices.
- Strong knowledge of Software Architecture, OOAD, SOLID Principles, Design Patterns, Secure Coding, and Automated Testing.
- Experience designing and developing scalable, secure, enterprise-grade applications.
- Strong problem-solving, technical leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
