Source to Pay Architect – Procurement Solution Architect-Hybrid-Dublin OH
\n
Location : Dublin, OH 43017- Hybrid
\n
Project Duration : 12+ months (Contract to Hire)
\n
Pay Rate : $55 - $60 an hour on W2
\n
\n
Role Summary:

Purpose:
\n
Lead & design sourcing, procurement, invoice & payment processes.
\n
\n
Key Responsibilities:
\n
· Lead the Procurement and Source-to-Pay transformation strategy across sourcing, purchasing, supplier collaboration, inventory replenishment, and procurement operations.
\n
· Own end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) solution architecture.
\n
· Design and govern core procurement processes: requisitions, purchase orders, contracts, scheduling agreements, service procurement, subcontracting, consignment, indirect purchasing.
\n
· Establish standardized procurement policies and global template development.
\n
· Define supplier management and strategic sourcing capabilities.
\n
· Lead inventory replenishment and procurement integration architecture.
\n
· Design financial and compliance integration with AP, Cost Management, Asset Accounting, Tax, Approval Workflows, Internal Controls, Audit.
\n
· Establish procurement analytics, reporting, and KPI frameworks.
\n
\n
Required Skills:
\n
· S/4 certification preferred.
\n
· 1015+ years' experience in MM, EWM, Logistics, Inventory Management, S/4 & Ariba sourcing & contracts, Ariba SLP, Ariba Contracts.
\n
· Preferred handling as a Solution Architect; expert in end-to-end Procurement business operations.
\n
· Knowledge in SAP Signavio and SAP Cloud ALM required.
\n
\n
Deliverables:

· Process Flows
\n
· Mentor and Knowledge transfer to client project team members
\n
· Participate as primary, co and/or contributing author on any and all project deliverables associated with their assigned areas of responsibility
\n
· Participate in data conversion and data maintenance
\n
· Provide best practice and industry specific solutions
\n
· Advise on and provide alternative (out of the box) solutions
\n
· Provide thought leadership as well as hands on technical configuration/development as needed.
\n
· Participate as a team member of the functional team
\n
· Perform other duties as assigned.
