Compensation: $110,000–$130,000 annual base salary, depending on relevant experience, qualifications, and demonstrated skills.
Work location: Primarily onsite in San Diego. Any hybrid arrangement requires approval from our customer; this is not a fully remote role.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Turn business requirements into applications, automated workflows, and dashboards using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse.
- Build Canvas and model-driven apps; develop cloud and desktop flows and business-process flows.
- Integrate solutions with SharePoint Online, Teams, Outlook, and approved Microsoft 365 services.
- Apply governance, security roles, data-loss-prevention policies, environment management, solution packaging, and application lifecycle management practices.
- Perform integration testing and support user acceptance testing, deployment, troubleshooting, and ongoing maintenance.
- Create technical documentation, user guides, SOPs, data dictionaries, and training materials; deliver end-user and administrator training.
- Work directly with government stakeholders, manage competing priorities, and track progress using Agile practices.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience developing enterprise Microsoft Power Platform solutions.
- Practical experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, and Microsoft 365 integrations.
- Experience with production deployment, testing, governance, security, technical documentation, and user training.
- A current relevant Microsoft Power Platform certification, such as PL-200, PL-300, or PL-400. Final certification acceptance is subject to government requirements.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to independently manage delivery and work with technical and nontechnical users.
- U.S. citizenship and ability to complete the required government background investigation, access processing, and training. An active security clearance is not required by the draft requirement.
- Availability to work onsite in San Diego and target readiness to begin work within 14 days after award, subject to required government access approvals.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience supporting DHA, military healthcare, DoD, or other federal customers.
- Familiarity with Power Platform Center of Excellence governance and enterprise Microsoft 365 environments.
