Position: Quality Technician
Pay: $21.00/hour
Shift: 3am to 11am, Monday to Friday
Location: Plainfield, IL

Integrity Trade Services is hiring a Quality Technician to start IMMEDIATELY at $21/hour. Receive comprehensive benefits through ITS upon hire!
Responsibilities
- Collect and analyze preforms on production lines for quality issues
- Inspect for visual defects, weights, color, and thickness readings
- Input data into Infinity system with provided training
- Support rework processes as needed
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and procedures
Qualifications
- Strong experience in quality assurance and process improvement
- Manufacturing experience in a related industry preferred
- Knowledge of quality systems like ISO 22000, FSSC, TQM, 6 Sigma, and EHS standards
- Ability to handle changing priorities and work independently or in a team
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Skills
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and SAP
- Data entry and document management skills
- Attention to detail in visual and physical quality inspection
- Proactive problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask under deadlines
