We are seeking an experienced Oracle MDM Cloud Consultant / Senior Oracle MDM Functional Consultant with strong functional and techno-functional expertise in Oracle Master Data Management (MDM), including Oracle Customer Data Management (CDM), Supplier Data Management, Oracle Product Data Hub (PDH/PIM), and related Oracle Cloud applications. The ideal candidate will have strong experience delivering end-to-end Oracle MDM Cloud implementations, including requirements gathering, solution design, functional configuration, data migration/conversion, integrations, testing, deployment, Go-Live, rollout, and hypercare/support. Candidates with implementation experience are strongly preferred over candidates whose experience is primarily limited to production support.

Key Responsibilities
\n
• Lead or participate in Oracle MDM Cloud implementations, upgrades, and global/regional rollouts.
\n
• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into Oracle MDM Cloud functional solutions.
\n
• Design functional solutions for Customer, Supplier, and Product Master Data.
\n
• Configure and support Oracle Customer Data Management (CDM).
\n
• Configure and support Oracle Supplier Data Management / Supplier Hub.
\n
• Work extensively with Oracle Product Data Hub (PDH/PIM) and Product Master Data.
\n
• Perform functional configuration of:
\n
o Product/Item Classes
\n
o Attributes and Attribute Groups
\n
o Value Sets
\n
o Product Data Structures
\n
o Customer and Supplier Master Data
\n
o Data Governance Rules
\n
o Business Rules and Data Validation
\n
• Support master data migration, conversion, cleansing, and enrichment activities.
\n
• Design and support inbound and outbound integrations between Oracle MDM Cloud and other enterprise applications.
\n
• Work with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC/ICS) or similar Oracle integration technologies.
\n
• Work with Oracle Enterprise Data Quality (EDQ/EDQP) for data quality, cleansing, matching, and governance initiatives.
\n
• Support Oracle Cloud data import/export and data migration processes.
\n
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, functional teams, offshore/onsite teams, and implementation partners.
\n
• Prepare functional specifications, configuration documents, technical documentation, process flows, and implementation deliverables.
\n
• Participate in SIT, UAT, defect resolution, deployment, Go-Live, and hypercare activities.
\n
• Provide production support and troubleshoot Oracle MDM-related functional issues.
\n
• Participate in global implementations and multi-country/regional rollouts.
\n
• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Oracle MDM and Master Data Management.
\n

Required Technical Skills
\n
Must Have
\n
• 8–15+ years of overall IT experience.
\n
• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle MDM Cloud.
\n
• Strong experience with Oracle Customer Data Management (CDM).
\n
• Strong experience with Oracle Supplier Data Management / Supplier Hub.
\n
• Strong experience with Oracle Product Data Hub (PDH/PIM).
\n
• Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud MDM.
\n
• Hands-on experience with Oracle MDM functional configuration and implementation.
\n
• Experience with master data migration and conversion.
\n
• Experience with inbound/outbound integrations.
\n
• Strong understanding of Master Data Management, data governance, data quality, and master data processes.
\n
• Experience across the complete Oracle MDM implementation lifecycle.
\n
• Strong SQL knowledge.
\n
\n
Good to Have
\n
• Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC/ICS).

• Oracle Enterprise Data Quality (EDQ/EDQP).
\n
• Oracle E-Business Suite R12.

Critical Implementation Experience
\n
End-to-end implementation experience is a major screening criterion for this position.

Candidates should have worked on multiple Oracle MDM implementations, preferably involving several of the following:

• Oracle CDM / Customer MDM
\n
• Oracle Supplier MDM / Supplier Data Management
\n
• Oracle Product Hub Cloud / PDH / PIM
\n
• Master data migration and conversion
\n
• Functional configuration
\n
• Data cleansing and data quality

• SIT and UAT
\n
• Defect resolution
\n
• Deployment and Go-Live

• Hypercare and post-production support
\n
• Global or regional rollouts

\n
Candidates whose background consists primarily of Oracle MDM production support without significant implementation experience will not be considered an ideal fit.

\n
Preferred Candidate Profile
\n
The ideal candidate will be an Oracle MDM Cloud Consultant with 8–15+ years of experience, including 5+ years of hands-on Oracle Cloud MDM experience, and multiple end-to-end implementations across CDM, Supplier Data Management, and/or Product Hub Cloud/PDH.
\n
The candidate should demonstrate strong expertise in:
